Vogue Names Best-Dressed Women of the year

U.S. Vogue has revealed their top 10 best-dressed ladies of the year, a ranking that's showcased in their limited-edition Best Dressed issue, on newsstands now.

Topping the 10 is Gossip Girl's Blake Lively. Dubbed "The Bombshell" by the mag -- each inclusion gets her own kicky label.
